Ube Matcha Float

Creamy, colorful, and irresistibly smooth—this Ube Matcha Float blends the earthy flavor of Elufa Matcha Powder with the rich, velvety sweetness of Elufa Instant Ube Halaya Mix and a hint of Elufa Vanilla FlavorPlus. A café-style treat that’s as stunning as it is refreshing, perfect for warm days or indulgent afternoons.

Time: 15–20 minutes

MATCHA LATTE BASE

  • 1 tsp Elufa Matcha Powder (~2g)

  • 1–2 drops Elufa Vanilla FlavorPlus

  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) Hot water

  • 1 cup (240 ml) Cold milk

  • Ice cubes

UBE HALAYA

  • ½ cup (approx. 60 g) Elufa Instant Ube Halaya Mix

  • 1–2 drops Elufa Vanilla FlavorPlus

  • ½ cup (120 ml) Condensed milk

  • ½ cup (120 ml) Water

  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) All-purpose cream (optional, for smoother and creamier texture

TOPPING

  • 1 scoop Ube ice cream or Ube Halaya

Procedure

  1. Dissolve Elufa Matcha Powder in hot water until smooth, then add Elufa Vanilla FlavorPlus and mix well.

  2. Prepare Elufa Instant Ube Halaya by combining condensed milk, water, and halaya mix in equal parts (1:1:1 ratio). Add Elufa Vanilla FlavorPlus and all-purpose cream, then stir over low heat until thick and creamy. Let it cool.

  3. Swirl the prepared ube halaya around the inside of a clear glass.

  4. Fill the glass with ice, pour in the cold milk, and slowly add the matcha mixture.

  5. Top with a scoop of ube ice cream and drizzle extra halaya if desired. Serve immediately.
