MATCHA LATTE BASE
1 tsp (approx. 2 g) Elufa Matcha Powder
1–2 drop Elufa Vanilla Flavorplus
2 tbsp (30 ml) Hot water
1 cup (240 ml) Milk
PROCEDURE — Hot Matcha Latte
Dissolve Elufa Matcha Powder in hot water until smooth.
Heat milk until warm but not boiling, then froth using a whisk or frother.
Pour the dissolved matcha into a mug and add the frothed milk.
Sweeten to taste using Elufa Vanilla Flavorplus and stir gently before serving.
PROCEDURE — Iced Matcha Latte
Dissolve Elufa Matcha Powder in hot water until smooth and lump-free.
Add Elufa Vanilla FlavorPlus and stir until blended.
Fill a glass with ice, pour in cold milk, and slowly add the matcha mixture.
Stir before drinking or enjoy the layered look.
