Matcha Latte with Banana Pudding

Smooth, creamy, and café-perfect — this drink layers the rich flavor of Elufa Matcha Powder with silky banana pudding for a cozy, indulgent treat.

MATCHA LATTE BASE

  • 2 tsp Elufa Matcha Powder

  • 1 ml Elufa FlavorPlus (Vanilla)

  • ¼ cup water

  • ½ cup milk

  • Few pieces of ice

  • 2 tbsp banana pudding

BANANA PUDDING

  • 1 ml Elufa FlavorPlus (Vanilla)

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 1 tsp cornstarch

  • 1 egg yolk

  • ½ tbsp butter

  • ½ banana (mashed)

Procedure

  1. Whisk milk, sugar, cornstarch, and yolk over low heat until thick.

  2. Add butter, mashed banana, and FlavorPlus; let cool.

  3. Strain 2 tsp Elufa Matcha Powder in a bowl.

  4. Add ¼ cup water, whisk until smooth, then mix in FlavorPlus.

  5. Add ice to a glass and pour in milk.

  6. Slowly layer the matcha mixture over the milk.

  7. Top with banana pudding and sliced bananas. 🍌💚
