Matcha Latte with Banana Pudding
Smooth, creamy, and café-perfect — this drink layers the rich flavor of Elufa Matcha Powder with silky banana pudding for a cozy, indulgent treat.

MATCHA LATTE BASE
2 tsp Elufa Matcha Powder
1 ml Elufa FlavorPlus (Vanilla)
¼ cup water
½ cup milk
Few pieces of ice
2 tbsp banana pudding
BANANA PUDDING
1 ml Elufa FlavorPlus (Vanilla)
1 cup milk
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp cornstarch
1 egg yolk
½ tbsp butter
½ banana (mashed)
Procedure
Whisk milk, sugar, cornstarch, and yolk over low heat until thick.
Add butter, mashed banana, and FlavorPlus; let cool.
Strain 2 tsp Elufa Matcha Powder in a bowl.
Add ¼ cup water, whisk until smooth, then mix in FlavorPlus.
Add ice to a glass and pour in milk.
Slowly layer the matcha mixture over the milk.
Top with banana pudding and sliced bananas. 🍌💚
