Ube Cheese Puto

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup Water 
- 1 cup Elufa Ube Powder 
- 2 cups All-purpose flour, sifted 
- 1 cup and 2 tbsp Sugar 
- 2 tbsp Baking Powder 
- ¼ tsp Elufa Gel Color (Violet), dissolved in ⅓cup water 
Directions
- Combine all-purpose flour, sugar, Ube Powderand baking powder. 
- Add water and food color. 
- Mix until well blended. 
- Scoop over puto mold (2”) and steam for for 15-18 minutes
