Cheesy Fries

Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, cut into fries 
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil 
- Salt, to taste

- Optional toppings: chopped parsley, bacon bits, or chili flakes 
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
- In a large bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil and a pinch of salt until evenly coated. Spread the fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. 
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the fries are golden and crispy. Halfway through, turn the fries to ensure even cooking. 
- Once the fries are cooked and still hot, sprinkle them with Elufa's Just Say Cheeese Premium Cheese Flavoring Powder. Toss them well to coat evenly.
